Engler named interim president of Michigan State University

Former Business Roundtable President John Engler has been appointed interim president of Michigan State University, whose previous president resigned in the wake of the scandal involving a university doctor convicted of molesting young women in the USA Gymnastics program. Engler is the former governor of Michigan as well as the former head of the National Association of Manufacturers. He led BRT for six years, stepping down in 2017.
